SOLSTICE Reform, Begin Work On New Material

British doom metal veterans SOLSTICE have reformed and are in the process of writing new material. The band are "back bigger, badder and bolder than ever," according to the latest newsletter from Miskatonic Foundation, to whom SOLSTICE guitarist Rich Walker is signed with his side project ISEN TORR. "The new [SOLSTICE] songs are stripped of any NWOBHM influence now and are just pure EPIC doom. The NWOBHM influence is channeled into ISEN TORR. [Rich is] also playing in WARNING, too, with his cousin Patrick and they are currently preparing to demo the new songs for the 'Right Hand of Doom' opus!!"
